I'm going to get all the websites off Fastmail, I'll hit its limits today.

Add "newline" routine in articles 5, 6, 7, 8

Sure, our aim is to be minimalistic, but its true that having no newline at all
is a little crude...

Article 10 and 11: use exec<< instead of fs/core

It's simpler that way.

Upgrade Dusk references

The Dusk part of the tutorial was broken on newer Dusk releases.
