It turns out that it's only NetBSD's regex(3) implementation that is really,
really, really slow...

Add the Big Moustache version of sieve
Rename "sieve" to "sieveh"
I'd like to also add the "pure forth" version to the examples (big moustache),
and it will be named "sieve".
