Initial commit
Crap program that prints out the URL to a random YouTube video. What makes this crap is that the procedure used will take hundreds of years on average before it will actually find a video that exists. Despite this, I am confident that this program works in theory and have tested it to the best of my ability. I am also confident that it produces more random results than other similar programs that existed at the time this was written, but at far too great a cost.
Please do not actually run this program, you will just be wasting time and energy.
Because someone asked me if it could be made. Also, I wanted an excuse to write an actual Hare program.
