Update dxf files with new more protective top

Remove some orphaned points that were floating around

Round the corner near the top of the thumb switch

update the readme

Replace the SVG and DXFs with the new build

images of the case in acrylic

add an image of the mdf build with a cherry plywood top and use it as the front page image

fix the copyright years

these are based on the original files but are scaled up to what was the
largest plate size

Going forward, the source of truth will be the DXF files

New bottom plate, sized to match the "thin" spacers

dxf files generated straight from the svgs, via inkscape, with base units in mm
