* Add config.h options:
  - MATCH_MSGSTR_ENDING enables/disables automatic correction of msgstr's
    ending character to match msgid if ' ', '.' or '\n'
  - PLURAL_STRING sets default Plural-Forms string (commented out by default)
* Add -V which displays config.h settings
