I've added a `build.bat` file that builds Lua for arm64, x86 and x64 using Visual Studio 2019. If you execute that from a Visual Studio cross-tools command prompt it will produce the binaries for the architecture chosen.

I've bundled builds for arm64, x86 and x64.
