A simple cli for applying a Spaced Repetition Algorithm to files on the filesystem.

The intent is that other tools can be built on top of this idea beyond flashcards - such as a structured review of certain documents.

As such, the commands used to control l8r will not be written with learning in mind, using the traditional 'again', 'hard', 'good', 'easy'.

Instead, 'reset', 'sooner', 'delay', and 'later' will be used.
