Review CentOS and Alpine patch sets.

These were all backports to 2.69 from trunk.

Add pull logic for Alpine and CentOS.

Review Gentoo patches.

Nearly all are backports.  One LATER (bug filed), and one live serious
bug (patch unsuitable, but a good patch was easy to throw together,
now MERGED).

Resolve more NetBSD and OpenBSD patches.

Also clarify status of debian/atomic.patch.
Also fold SKIP into REJECTED and add LATER state.

Review OpenEmbedded/Yocto patch list.

Review OpenBSD patches.  Most can be skipped, 1 question remains.

Update todo with filed bugs

Add Gentoo

Finish first pass at openBSD

Work in progress for openbsd patches

Finish up OpenEmbedded and Yocto's patch list

Write utility to find original source for patches

Regenerate list.log with current pull.sh.

Add notes on several of the patches.

Run shellcheck on pull.sh
