Simple CSV/DSV visualiser with some useful options. Follows rfc4180 except that:
  * Lines starting with '#' and empty lines are ignored.
  * End of row is '\n' (not CLRF).
  * Double quotes can be put inside quoted fields if escaped by another double quote.
