"Compress" numbers using digits of pi! This is not guaranteed to give good results, more likely to give very bad results. But you can use it if you want.
To use pi-compression, you'll need to use the nightly Rust toolchain. You
can configure it using rustup.
To binary provided accepts one argument and prints out the compressed form of it. No decompression is provided.
