2 minor bugfixes: make invalid transient windows tile; and fix mod-p/d hotkeys

- Makes transient windows with WM_TRANSIENT_FOR as invalid window tile
  by default. This is default for resizable SDL windows like mepo;
  so this fix allows mepo and other SDL apps to tile by default.

- Correct mod-{p,d} to launch sxmo_{appmenu,files}.sh
