Numberstation 1.0

With this release all base features are implemented. The importer and
exporter are functional and HOTP now has the UI bits added. Which is why
this is now the 1.0 release.

* Fixed duplicate key handleing in the importer
* Added the user interface for HOTP keys
* Fixed the key count in the import/export for HOTP
