Revert "Publish CVs in subfolder instead of subdomain"

This reverts commit 64b9244ccd980c793639e091db29f13b23790944.

It is needed because, when updating the blog, the folder gets deleted.

Update compile.sh to simplify build instructions

Add build instructions for both files

The build file could be simplified considerably, but I need to rewrite
compile.sh for POSIX shell, as it fails now in Alpine. I'll do it
eventually.

Add English version file

As I did the translation, I made several improvements.

Switch to Alpine (edge) to compile the PDF

As I fixed [1] via [2], it's time to move to Alpine edge to make this
more efficient. I plan to move to the latest stable once it's merged in
3.14.

Start localization

This is the first step for making both English and Spanish versions of
the CV available.

Add hobbies

Compile document automatically

I didn't want to use a Debian image, but I hit bugs in Alpine and Arch
images. Both were reported, and as soon as they are solved, I will
change this build manifest so the process of compiling the document can
use less resources.

Add latest version of my CV (in Spanish)

I will add an English version some day.
