Problem: more than one dot in the project name crashes shmux

Solution: use proper string manipulation directive with double slash.

Problem: sr.ht is complaining about absence of LICENSE

Solution:

 - By the decree of Doma shareholders, chose WTFPL as the default license
 - Add it to `shmux`

Problem: Shmux isn't readily available

Solution:

 - Import its code in a separate repository
 - Clean up the code, insert some commentaries
 - Make sure it complies with `shellcheck`
