Version 0.7.0 with improved RSS generation.

The RSS now has pubDate tags, so all your posts should have proper dates in RSS
readers and should be ordered correctly. I have also fixed {base_url}
replacement in post files, so now you can prevent relative urls from creeping
into your RSS feed when using images or referring to posts on your blog.
