Work around with font size for pre, code

Apparently monospace, monospace; (sic) is the way to work around for
smally monospace elements.

Also: set it to 1rem explicitly because firefox would enlarge it for
whatever reason, ugh

Update highlighting and table
Update custom site title
Make the social media list align well
Add style for custom color for colorblind readers
Add styling for kbd
Make it darker
Fix default pre color for dark mode
Make the monospace font bigger
Give the decorative thing less attention
Make code more distinctive from text
Choose theme-based syntax highlighting
Fix regression for mobile (touch) device
Add some eye candy for the links
Remove the decorative # from actual content

I decided it also looks bad on RSS feed.
