This program draws the wallpaper you have set behind the desktop.
Windowz 10 tries to enable admins to stop people from using wallpapers
by not drawing them if the admin doesn’t want that, so you need a
different program for doing that—this.

Before building, put your desired wallpaper in the source tree as
`default.bmp`.  Also note that wallpapers might need to be stored as
Bitmaps.
