Update README

Properly setup egg file with test dependencies + make proper test script + cleanup

Export commonmark->html for backwards compatibility, export alias, change cmark-string to cmark->sxml

Export all cmark functions

Turn cmark into an egg

Initial working version all tests are passing now

Passing some header tests

Had to skip a test since lowdown output isn't correct

Passing 6 tests

Passing 4 tests

Update gitignore to ignore cmark binary
