README.md: add backticks to giowindow div tag

Wrap backticks around the "div" tag mentioned in the README, so it looks
like this:

    `<div id="giowindow">`

Without the backticks, the markdown renderer renders it as an actual
<div> tag in the output html (without an ID, either).
