You can also use your local clone with git send-email. 

This is a set of instructions on how to use and install mapm,
meant for those with minimal experience in the TeX and Rust fields
but generally competent with computers.

There is a tutorial for Windows, Mac OS, and Linux,
in WINDOWS.txt, MAC.txt, and LINUX.txt respectively.
