Remove explicit height from images

Use hugo image processing to create smaller versions of images within
articles. This required to switch to markdown which then required the
introduction of shortcodes for admonitions and aside content.
High contrast
Increase contrast by shifting font colors by one while keeping
background colors.
Extended html meta data
Added description, Open Graph, Twitter Cards and schema.org meta data.
Switch to a custom embedded theme
Use Fontawesome for admonition icons
Layout menus and header elements
Ensure menu items and header elements are placed snsibly on all screen
sizes. Furthermore, put pleasing spacing around them.
RSS feed
Added link to the html head and the social menu.
Social icons
Added social icons using a stripped down fontawsome.
