Update RSS feed lib to support non-standard item

The 'folder' key is non-standard RSS, so it wasn't making
it to the YaRSS part. Good thing it's included in the repo
Updates setup.py with my email/name

The intent here is not to steal credit or anything, but
I don't want support queries going towards the original
author
Fixes setting value on wrong dictionary

Was preventing the subfolder from getting set
Adds downloading to subfolder based on 'folder' RSS key

This is meant to be used with Shana Project's private RSS
feeds.
[#53][v2.1.4] Fix bug introduced in v2.1.2

The previous fix to #53 in v2.1.2 broke support for
thin client mode.
Fix by ensuring all data transferred between client and core
is encodable by rencode.
[#43][2.1.3] Make Cookies field non-sensitive

The cookies field in RSS feed dialog is sensitive and accepts
focus, which can be confusing.

Fix by making the field non-sensitive
[#53][v2.1.2] Download RSS feed from plugin core

Currently, RSS feeds are fetched from the plugin core on the server
when running a subscription automatically by the scheduler, and
directly from the GTK client when previewing in the subscription
dialog. This can cause confusion if the previewing works, but not
throught the scheduler.

Fix by always fetching RSS feeds via the plugin core
Add test for showrss feed
Fix bug when adding magnet links to deluge

Deluge 2 requires the magnet link to be a str, which fails
when trying to pass a bytes sequence.

Fix by passing a str
[v2.0.1] Add WebUI preference page

Add a basic preference page to WebUI to inform that the plugin
must be managed through the GTK UI client.
