Fix username prompt expansion
The username was behind two expansions, first the username had to be
expanded from `$prompt_pure_state[username]`, and then the colors also
had to be expanded in:
For some reason, this still worked in Zsh 5.2+, but not in 5.0.2.
Bump version number in pure state
Fix bad set of key/value pairs on old versions of ZSH
Caused by the f parameter expansion flag, which splits on newlines.
There should be no need for it in this case.
ZSH versions 5.0.2 and 5.2 were confirmed to be affected.
