Remove bibliogram.hamster.dance from Instances

It has been a pleasure hosting a Bibliogram instance over the past
few years, but lately my time for web maintenance is greatly
diminished. I had hacked together some code to define Bibliogram as
a system service, but it's always been a little fragile because the
ways Nix/NixOS and npm handle things don't mesh very well. Usually
I don't have to worry about it until there's a new version. But
lately I was running an update to fix a problem with my blog
software and the update halted because the way Nix used to pull
sources from sourcehut isn't supported anymore. I basically turned
off Bibliogram so I could continue with the update and now I'm
realizing that, between my lack of time to maintain my instance and
the slowness of the instance (because my VPS isn't really prepared
for high traffic and because Instagram is hostile) it's best if I
close it for now. But I want to thank you for running the project.
