Replace pdf viewer for latex.

I did that because zathura supports autoreload.

Add epdfview as unix pdf viewer.

Add poetry stuff.

Because the system clipboard is not accessible in fedora 32 somehow this condition will use xclip instead for yank in visual and normal mode.
