fixed fieldedges issue that caused monaco dumps not to function (due to missing paraleljaw and me mistakenly swapping fieldmin/max
restructured /gui and /gpumcd. added textual overlay in rtplan. fixed a few issues in plan parsing.
Reordered old Gate-related libs. Split some gpumcdlib classes out.
Handle absent mlc correctly now (gpumcd always must have a present mlc)

Completed elementary image operations (add,sub,mul,div), made compatible with other images and scalars, and use numpy builtins that upconvert type where required.
