Release v0.9.0

- Now uses (and requires) LIST-STATUS extension
  ([RFC 5819](https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc5819.html)]
- Number of threads is now reduced to number of mailboxes to sync if the
  latter is smaller
