Switch to separate builds for different versions
An Alpine package providing the Archlinux keyring.
Alpine already provides pacman and friends, but they are not very useful
without the keys.
Unfortunately, the rather hideous-to-package sequoia-sq is required for "building" the keyring from source, so I switched to simply providing the three required files for now.
