Do not generate RSS feeds for tags

Override RSS feed on homepage

Point to /blog/index.xml because it is the only one that matters

Do not generate RSS for taxonomies or taxonomyTerms

Show tag list at end of post

This does not distract from the actual content, while potentially
allowing readers to browse similar posts.

Small enhancements

Change permalink scheme to filename

This gives me more control over the generated URLs.

Add dark mode, remove feed from menu

Add small RSS icon instead

Change permalinking scheme to yyyy-mm-dd

Feed is actually RSS 2.0
