# Pasta alfredo Serves 2 * Pasta * 50g butter * 100ml cream * 1 clove garlic * 100g mozzarella * Parmesan * Milk 1. Plenty of water in a saucepan, bring to boil 2. Meanwhile, chop the garlic and break up the mozzarella 3. When water is boiling, brine and add pasta 4. In the wok, melt butter 5. Fry the garlic 6. Add cream 7. Add cheese and stir to incorporate 8. Add milk until desired consistency 9. Drain pasta in colander, add to the wok and coat 10. Put in bowls, top with some more parmesan ## Variant: Gnocci gorgonzola It's exactly the same, but substitute the pasta for gnocci and the mozzarella for 40g gorgonzola.
