Pico.css has a version number on a separate line so it's easy to diff. Drop the external versioning.

Fix the centering both horizontally and vertically.

I'm not using the fediverse anymore, might as well get rid of the link.

Swap our css over to pico from milligram. Cleans up the html a bit, makes a few things slightly more annoying.

Bump normalize.css version

Clean up the HTML a bit

Update milligram to the git version
